About Refresh Vending

We are a local company based in Tyseley, Birmingham. Our family run business has over 30 years experience in the vending industry. We work with many leading brands such as Coca Cola, Kenco, PG Tips, Galaxy, Mars and Walkers and many more. We provide vending systems to suit most any requirement including hot drinks vendors, snack vendors, cold drinks vendors, food vendors and water coolers.

The Personal Touch

In an industry where service is vital, we at Refresh pride ourselves on giving the customer a more personal level of care. We operate, clean, maintain and empty all of our machines on a regular basis. Customer service is our number one priority, and all maintenance, parts and labour is included in any agreement.

Our team is always on hand for advice or help, and every client will be given at least one direct mobile number for out-of-hours concerns. The efficiency and reliability of our system will relieve you of all the hassle and headaches that you may have faced in the past and allow you to spend your valuable time looking after your business.

Customer Care and Vending Maintenance

We fill and maintain our vending machines on a daily basis.
Customers are supplied a landline number and two mobile contacts for out of hours issues.
Call out within 4 hours - however, Refresh currently operate on an average of 3 hours.
We have a skilled network of Refresh engineers to call upon.
